There were advance shipments of measuring instruments to major customers in the first half, but net sales in the third quarter were flat year on year.
On the other hand, regarding industrial and professional lenses and components, net sales of the replacement lenses for DSLR cameras or industrial-use projector lenses that we supply have been strong for the past few months.
"Others" includes the field of pickup lenses for Blu-ray Discs and lenses for compact cameras. The reason for the net sales decline is our withdrawal from the glass substrates business for HDDs last year.
