This shows details on the Company's environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, in the form of non-financial information involving assessments performed of the Company's corporate value over the medium to long term. We were highly rated over the course of the year for our initiatives pursued with respect to our stakeholders, involving the environment, governance and other areas of operation.
Key achievements in this regard include our obtaining international ratings related to our CSR efforts, as well as selection for the Japanese investment indices JPX-Nikkei Index 400 and the Brand of Companies Enhancing Corporate Value through Health and Productivity Management. This year marked the first time that the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) had jointly selected companies for inclusion in the latter index, and we were the only company selected in the electrical and precision equipment industry. We also secured the overall top position in the Quality Management Level Research evaluation, and also ranked first in the manufacturing sector with respect to the Environmental Management Survey.
