For Workplace, an edge-type service platform, we are moving ahead globally with the validation of the customer value proposition hypothesis in preparation for the launch this autumn. We will extract the workflow issues faced by customers in industries by sector, and show them how they can be resolved using Workplace Hub. The number of customers we have interviewed exceeds 3,500 customers. Based on the validation of this hypothesis, we will convey the value to customers as well as the big picture for the business model.
