An outline of the reorganization is illustrated on this slide. I am not satisfied with the Group's current level of performance and have hopes of achieving even higher levels of growth in the future. In order to achieve this growth amidst this uncertain business environment, we decided that a holding company framework was not the most appropriate one and that a full-fledged management system reorganization was necessary.
