This slide displays an overview of the reorganization in the management system of the Group.
The holding companies and the Business Technologies Business will be unified and involved in management together. In addition, an Industrial Inkjet Business will be added as a strategic business. To maintain the benefits of the holding company system, the functional film and optics business will be kept as internal companies, and a management system will be maintained in the future that allows for value calculations related to profits and losses, balance sheets, and cash flows that are required for management decisions.
