In April, Advanex started sales of generic products in the precision springs area as “original series”. The series makes it possible to use the original goods of Advanex in a number of applications, with each product conforming to one standard. At the first stage, we launched sales of three parts for fastening purposes, one damper, and three hinge units all adding up to a series of seven products.

The three parts for fastening purposes are two kinds of parts for reinforcement of screw holes - one a “tangless insert”, a wire insert with no tang for insertion, and “Coil Thread-R”, an insert with a tang equipped with a notch for extraction - and a product named “TAMONT”, which prevents bolts and nuts from getting loose or dropping off.
For the damper, instead of viscous oil we used silicon rubber processed into special shape that gives the product its outstanding quality enabling stable operation even in the environment with extremely hard temperatures.
The three types of hinges are the following, namely, the highly durable “Hexatorq” hinges that require no lubricating oil and can be adjusted to any needed angle, the “Suretorq” flat spring hinges that fit thinner products than the current standard, and the “Hold Type” hinges that are best designed for flip-out parts of mobile equipment.

By now, Advanex has created a total of approximately 130 types of products, some of which were developed by the Company independently and some jointly with our clients. We plan on adding five more product types during the current fiscal year and on increasing the number to twenty product types in three years. These original products are scheduled to be sold using the already established sales routes of the Company, and to expand sales we also intend to market them through routes available through trading companies and the existing Internet services.
