yNew ProductzSmall Damper That Withstands Changes in Temperature

A damper is a component that buffers so that one can easily open/close container tops. In a traditional damper, viscous oil is used in the working part, which caused some problems, such as change in opening/closing speed, which was affected by the temperature, and oil leaks. The small damper, which we developed, uses silicon rubber processed in a special shape instead of viscous oil. Therefore, it has an excellent property of being able to work stably under harsh temperature conditions. (Patented in Japan and overseas)
In cars, there are many products that use open/close mechanism such as cup holder and small tray, etc. The fluctuation in temperature is large in cars, so our product, whose movement is unaffected by fluctuation in temperature, is gaining attention. We are ready for mass production of more than 100,000 units a month, and are aggressively marketing automobile interior parts companies.
The development of our dampers began 6 years ago, and our thin damper was used in slide cover of Sonyfs digital cameras in 2009. We will continue to develop new businesses; using technology developed in precision springs products.
