We have created a service provision system with the same level of quality worldwide for our global accounts and although the absolute scale of sales is small, we are achieving a significant year-on-year growth rate. The business scale is growing considerably due to sales of IT service solutions and the effects of M&As. The objectives of this measure are to expand provision of hybrid products and services that combine MFPs with IT services to small- and medium-size customers and increase customer base in the market as well as boost print volume in accord with this. In the United States, over 60% of business talks have centered on contracts for hybrid solutions.
