Office Service business ? sales performance

The sales growth rate of office products in the office service field was 4%. In contrast, service solution sales mainly from IT service companies that we have acquired posted 16% growth year on year. The number of business inquiries involving hybrid-type proposals with IT services has been increasing, primarily in Europe and the United States. In office products, the number of OPS (Optimized Print Services) proposals and the ratio of GMA (Global Major Accounts) have been increasing in line with targets.
In the first quarter, sales of OPS and GMA climbed to approximately ¥20.0 billion. Business for GMAs in Europe has penetrated Asia and North America, with global expansion progressing steadily.
