In the commercial and industrial printing field, strong performance of production print color equipment caused revenue in the second quarter to rise 11% year on year for the production print field, reaching ¥39.7 billion yen. Meanwhile, industrial ink-jet revenue was slightly lower than plan, at ¥2.7 billion, since the major users are in China. In print management services, M&A activity has concluded for now with growth of 5%.
