Taking shipments of our flagship "bizhub PRESS C1100 series" model for Europe, North America, and Worldwide in the first half of FY2015 to be 100, I would like to discuss sales progress in 3Q relative to the second-half forecast.
Based on 3Q and 4Q quarterly sales trends, this 40% in Europe was about in line with forecasts, but North America was a little weak. The Worldwide figure of 33% was also rather weak. The share in Europe is given at the bottom left. In the mid production printers, our share is about 50% in Europe and about 60% in North America at the bottom right, showing that our flagship model is creating the market itself.
