In non-financial areas, we were chosen as a "Health and Productivity Management Brand" for the second year in a row, following our selection in the first year the system was introduced. In addition, for the second consecutive year we have ranked first place in the overall manufacturing sector in the Nikkei Environmental Management Survey. This demonstrates that our initiatives for health and the environment are being recognized outside the company.
