 In January, 2015, the Group established a local office in Delhi, India, and in April of the same year an office in Chongqing, China.
 The Delhi Office is the 2nd business base of the Group in the country following the Chennai Office established in 2011, and was established to answer the demand in the auto market, which has been rapidly growing in the country in recent years.
 The Chongqing Office is the 7th business base of the Group in China including plants. Formerly, the Group was developing its business in the coastal areas of China, but as a large number of both Japan-based and U.S. and Europe-based automotive parts suppliers had advanced to the inland city of Chongqing, we decided to open this new office to expand our services to the already established clients on the one hand and to reach new customers on the other.




 On February, 23 of this year, we have carried out Shinto ground-breaking ceremony for the Saitama Plant (to be located Honjo-shi, Saitama), which was mentioned in last business report, and the construction is already under way. The building is scheduled for completion in the end of October and the plant will start operation next year. When designing the plant, we strived to make it a "smart factory" with high level of automation to save labor. The processes and know-how developed here we intend to deployed to other factories of the Group.



To show our appreciation to our shareholders for their enduring support, and also to increase the investment appeal of the Group’s shares so as to induce more people to hold on to its shares on a long-term basis, we recently decided to introduce Advanex Shareholder Benefit Program.

(1) Shareholders eligible for the Program
All shareholders registered in the shareholder list of September 30 of each year who have owned at least 1 unit (1,000 shares) of the Group for one year or more shall be eligible for the Benefit Program. (Please refer to homepage of the Group for details.)

(2) Contents of benefit
Eligible shareholders will be presented with a QUO card with the following worth once every year.

(3) Date of implementation
The benefits will be sent out during the first ten days of December every year. The benefits will be sent together with the interim report.


* From October, 2015, in connection with a stock consolidation scheduled (please refer to P14 for details), Shareholder Benefit Program will be implemented with criterion for shares held changed to 1/10 of the number of shares before the stock consolidation.
