Advanex is active in three key markets: automotive, OA equipment and medical equipment. While net sales in medical equipment are still modest, the company is strengthening its efforts in this field as a future growth market.

The Strengths of Advanex
The Advanex advantage lies in our ability to propose ideas that respond to the aspirations of our customers. It is the ability to work with customers to examine the issues they confront and devise tangible solutions. To respond to customer needs and achieve not only satisfaction but delight, our gartisan engineersh examine each individual part in painstaking detail to create products of the highest quality. That capability is the Advanex advantage.

Currently auto parts occupy the Advanex Groupfs largest market share. The Companyfs precision-spring products and plastic-unit products are used in an impressive array of auto parts, from electronic components, engines and other power-train components, and control systems, to doors and antennas. In particular, insert collars, a part used in reinforcing joints, are an important product for Advanex, and sales of this product are growing year by year.

After automotive products, products for OA equipment take the second-largest share of the Companyfs net sales. A wide variety of Advanex spring products and plastic products are used especially in laser printers and inkjet printers.

The Group company with the highest sales to the medical-equipment market is our subsidiary in the United Kingdom. This company supplies precision-spring products used in a wide variety of medical devices to manufacturers of medical equipment in Europe. In Japan, the Group produces an array of products, such as coil springs for indwelling needles for injectors.
