Konica Minolta has made an extra effort in the areas of GMA, OPS, and IT service solutions. As you see here, net sales in each of these areas grew by a strong margin year on year. The IT service solutions area does not use our conventional business model. The net sales gain is the result of trying to boost MFP sales through tie-ins with IT and services.
