Healthcare Business - Overview

Finally I will talk about our Healthcare Business. In this business area, sales of dry film have been falling in the past several years. Digital sales, a new business domain, have grown but cannot keep up with the dry film decline. Therefore sales and profitability in the Healthcare Business were continuing to decrease. However, when sales of DR products began to grow in FY2013, it created momentum toward an increase in both sales and profit. Along with this, the transformation of our business portfolio-in device sales, maintenance, and service solutions and in tie-ins with IT-has begun to show certain results.
Therefore, we were able to improve our operating income ratio by 1 point, as you can see.
